The agency ALL came to Mango to present their proposal on the exploratory study with the Jeans team. We chose this agency because they were young, seemed to have a fresh perspective on research and innovation. They seemed to share our values regarding research and innovation projects.

They proposed a mid-term project with 3 sprints: Product, Experience, Business (new models). Each sprint would have specific outputs. They also proposed to work closely to the team, by sitting next to them on a daily basis. Their goal was to end the project with a set of tools the team could use.

Our feedback was to increase the materiality of the outputs of each phase, to enhance the "making" of each phase. Our idea is to prevent this project from being too abstract.
